Heritage in Practice
What have 35 years taught us?
Our history is not just a story — it is a set of operating principles we apply every day in production, planning and client relationships.
Reliability
Long-term thinking over short-term wins
From raw material sourcing to ETDs, we plan for stability. Many of our client relationships span decades — built on consistent deliveries, clear communication and mutual trust.
Craft & engineering
Production know-how, not just capacity
Our teams combine hands-on experience with disciplined processes across injection, blow molding, rotomolding, sewing and assembly.
Ethical manufacturing
People, safety & compliance first
EN71, ISO and BSCI/Amfori audits are not a formality, but part of how we protect workers, end-users and brand partners.
Innovation through time
Respecting the past, investing in the future
From early mechanical lines to today’s automated and data-driven setups, we continuously modernise while preserving the discipline that built our reputation.
Achieve Glimpse & History
A legacy you can walk through
Old factory halls, first product lines, early export cartons — our archives tell the story of a company that grew by solving concrete problems for clients, one project at a time.
The Present
Today looks like this.
The beginning was very different.

2. Resilience at Our Core
Two Decades Ago, a fire erased everything we had built. The challenge didn’t break us — it refined us. Starting from zero forced us to rethink every process, rebuild every hall, and redesign our future with intention. With no insurance payout, there was a start from zero, building the discipline, resilience and the Dema-Stil people know today. What stood back up wasn’t a repaired company, but a stronger one.

3. Forged in Challenge
In 2008, less than a year later the new factory and place of operations was acquired by Dema-Stil. The family, from the moment of disaster instantly ready to continue the orders, and not let down the existing customers.

This phase also signifies the official & formal entrance of the third generation of the company.

2025 - Curious young minds at our production plant

Many companies choose to hide the difficult parts of their past. Moments of loss, disruption, or setback are often edited out of the story. For us, it’s the opposite. Our history — including the hard moments — is core to who we are. We’ve taken every challenge, every struggle, and every restart as fuel to build a stronger, smarter, more resilient Dema-Stil. The past didn’t hold us back; it shaped the company we are today.
